By purchasing or using Portie, you agree to these terms.

License

Portie is sold as a one-time purchase. Each license key grants a single-user license and may be activated on up to three Macs. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell Portie.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Stripe’s terms apply to the transaction itself. For refunds or any problem with a purchase, contact [email protected].

Portie is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
